In the event that flight seats are not available in our tour class alternative flights or the next available class will be offered which may incur a supplement charge), alternatively Opera/Hotel accommodation only.
  • Two or three nights accommodation with extension if required, staying in select first class or small pensione hotel, sharing twin room with private facilities.

Sicily’s capital, Palermo, has been both an Arab Emirate and the seat of a Norman Kingdom, and is one of the most impressive cities to visit in Italy. Situated by the sea, at the foot of Mt. Pellegrino, with the fertile Conca d’Oro valley opening behind it, Palermo is a large but easily manageable city with its fascinating maze of narrow lanes and tiny piazzas where you will find markets and trattorias.
